Why is it necessary to spend so much time at the point of customer service this company? Simply because they have no regard for their customers.
After waiting a long time for someone to attend one service executives do not resolve things, or worse, they tell you that the matter is resolved, but a month later, if the complaint was about billing, one realize that simply did nothing.
And clicking it repeats itself ... There you go again, wait for service and not resolve anything. Perform
charges for calls not made, even from other countries, and that "the system" or "server" record. Of course, customer service, they tell you that there is no need to pay, the problem is solved and then simply cut off service for nonpayment.
I'm sure these are not isolated cases. Additional comments and experiences are welcome
