Two tireless composers, Ricardo de Armas (general coordinator) and Raul Minsburg (international coordination), for the 2nd consecutive year re-organize the festival of electroacoustic music, experimental and multimedia Bay [in] sound - in the city of Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Delhi Municipal Theatre
